From One Doctor to Another
Dear Dr. Z.,
This letter is in followup to a mutual patient of
ours (DOB: 5/7/1931, HISTORY #xxx-xxxxxx-x).
As we discussed on the phone, she has been remarkably
able to walk again since her Aquadex treatment. In fact, she and
I both consider this "a small miracle" given the fact
that she had not been able to walk for two years.
Since this improvement correlated directly with
the timing of her Aquadex therapy, I think that it really must be
related. She will be following up with you in the near future and
I did discuss with her the fact that it might be a good idea to
have this treatment done periodically if she continues to gain fluid,
has difficulties, and is a candidate on a technical level for the
treatment.

patient's care.
